WHEN TO ADMINISTER SWARNAPRASHANA?

We can either follow daily dosage for one month (30 days), which can be extended to 6 months (180 days) Or, we follow monthly once on Pushya nakshatra till age of 15 years.

It is administered orally, on the day of Pushyanakshatra, preferably on an empty stomach.
